The author explores with care and sensitivity the spiritual friendship of two women dedicated to the love and service of God: an English Anglican and an Italian Roman Catholic. Relationships between individual Christians of different denominations receive far less attention than official conferences and papers, yet they make an immeasurable contribution to the healing of the wounds of division in the Body of Christ.
